Roasted Cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425. Slice cauliflower head into 1 inch thick strips, then, working one strip at a time, trim away stems and leaves. Chop remaining bits of cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, then place into a gallon ziplock back. Pour in remaining ingredients and shake vigorously to coat.
Pour mixture onto a large baking sheet, place in middle rack of oven and roast 30-45 minutes or to desired doneness.
